I. Introduction

Wire Breakdown Machine with Independent Motors adopts the independent motor structure, with independent servo motor driving each capstan during wire drawing. The control system gathers all data and gives a synchronous feedback to each motor so as to ensure a stable tension of wire. Due to the abandonment of the traditional gear transmission box structure, the use of independent motor structure can be compatible for drawing various wire materials.

II. Technical characteristics

The elongation of each die can be adjusted to lower the die matching requirements and extend the life of the dies.

The lower slip rate greatly reduces the wear of the drawing capstan, noise and increases the life-cycle of the capstan.

The independent servo motor realizes a high control accuracy and greatly reduces energy consumption.
