I. Introduction

This Automatic Tin-Plating Production Line for Copper Bus-Bar is used for automatically tin-plating the surface of copper bus-bar, to protect the copper bus-bar from oxidation and increase the conductivity on the surface.

II. Technical characteristics

By tinning the surface of the copper bus-bar, it can be effectively prevented from being oxidized, the conductivity of the copper bus-bar is increased, the storage and service life of the copper bus-bar are prolonged. Since the copper bus-bar is always in the moving state during the production process, the thickness of the tin-plating layer on the surface and the brightness of the surface are uniform, which further improves the product quality.

The production line works in a closed loop, the cleaning water can be recycled, the exhaust gas can be collected and treated, so that the production line will not generate any pollution.
